How to register for the first dose of covid -19 vaccine in Nepal 2021

As we all know that the situation of Nepal is going wores day by day due to corona virus. Many people are dying due to this killer virus. As we all know that the only way to stop this pandemic is only vaccination.Nepal government have not so much vaccines for covid-19 infected people so government of Nepal has given registration form to the official site of government of Nepal. In this post I am going to talk about how we can easily fill up the registraion form for covid-19 vaccine.

The are three types of vaccines supplied in nepal.they are..

1.BIBP vaccine

2.Oxford,estrazenca vaccine 

3.Sputnik V vaccine.

To fill up the form follow the Steps:

1 Open this site.https://vaccine.mohp.gov.np/

As shown in the pictures you can change the language Nepali or English by tapping the top of the circle shown in the picture. 

Now,fill your personal information as asked in the form.it is very important to fill the information as your citizenship,passport or national identity card. 

By filling all this segment like your nam,cast,gender,age,google account,phonenumber,disbailty,your health condition, now press submit.when you press submit you will get your registration number like this:

This registraion number is very important it will be needed when you will be called for the vaccine.when you get this registration number then press ok

You will be asked like this 

Press save button if your information is correct then you will get a registration card with QR scan code make sure you save that that is very important you have to print that then keep it with you.

Now you have registered for the first dose of covid-19 vaccine you will be called when the vaccination will start in your reason then take that QRcode slip with you and go to vaccination center.
